Watermelon Detox
Watermelon Detox is loaded with Vitamin C. It will help detox your body from negative toxins.
Benefits of watermelon detox :
Watermelon - It is packed with potassium which is very good for your body. It keeps the body always hydrated.
Lemon - It helps to fasten the digestive process.
Mint leaves - It helps to loose weight, because it stimulate the fat digestive process.
Chia seeds - It balance the blood sugar level.
I am planning to make different detox for my family every week. This is my first detox recipe. Very soon I will post Cucumber, strawberry, grape detox. I would recommend you all to try this recipe. It is so simple to make and absolutely Healthy.

Ingredients
- Medium piece of Watermelon
- Lemon - 1
- Mint - 5 sprigs
- Chia seeds - 1 tsp
- Water - 1 litre
Method:
1. Soak chia seeds in half cup of water and let it sit for sometime.
2. Cut the watermelon into chunks ( you will need 2 cups for this recipe )
3. Cut the lemon into slices
4. Pluck the mint leaves from the stem.
5. Take water, add watermelon, lemon and mint leaves to it.
6. Let it sit for 4 hours or overnight in refrigerator.
7. Take tall glass, add soaked chia seeds at the bottom of it.
8. Pour the watermelon detox on it.
Before serving
Add some ice cubes to it and serve chill :)

Sounds healthy definitely.
No need to pulse it. While resting time, all flavors will infuse the water. So, U can have the infused water alone.. Yes its healthy one.
